Portfolio/Bridge tabs disappear when current account selected in Keplr is not the same as the logged in account wallet address

if you're logged in with wallet addr A, switch to wallet addr B in Keplr but don't approve the "prove ownership" popup, then the user dropdown doesn't include the Portfolio/Bridge tabs anymore.
This is because the connected wallet address is now not the same as the one of the currently logged in account. We should update that to show those tabs if the current account has a wallet address attached to it or if wallet address connected (in the case of Keplr mobile/WC).
