Issue saving account type and name when editing profile

To Reproduce
When I am working on setting a profile at https://app.regen.network/profile/edit/profile
There is an annoying bug that has happened to me twice in a row.
I selected organization, I filled in the name, and then I added the logo.
When I add the logo, and upload it, I saves my profile, but in the process it loses my name and my organization preference.
So, I filled those back in, and then added my background image. Same thing happened. it "saved my profile" but wiped away the Name and organization preference I had selected.
