Hide certain user menu dropdown items for WC/Keplr mobile users

Describe the bug
Some user menu dropdown items are wrongly shown if I log in via WalletConnect (or within Keplr mobile).
To Reproduce
- Log in via WC
- Hover on the top right user menu items
Expected behavior
"Add account", "Edit profile" and "Settings" should not be there because those features are not available for those users which aren't fully logged in (since signArbitrary is not supported yet).
For Admin Use
- Not duplicate issue
- Appropriate labels and zenhub epics applied
- Appropriate contributors tagged
