Add user account settings page with connected accounts [UI only]

A user should be able to manage their connected accounts on a settings page.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a user, I should be able to view a settings page where I have the option of connecting (and disconnecting) social accounts and wallets (only connecting for wallets initially). The email should also be visible but the input should be disabled (initially).
