Simulations are timing out

TODO (jqphu): Can we automatically create tasks based on these failures?
I suspect this was due to a timeout. We've had an uptick of timeouts since last night.
Reached out to the tenderly team and added more logging to see what's going on. Also updated so that the server message gets propagated that it timed out
Turns out this was due to an issue with Tenderly. They have temporary congestion. Closing for now.
