Wireless Grid doesn't properly handle the case when a Wireless Transmitter becomes active while it's open

Describe the bug

It will try to remove the watcher because the network can resolve at that point, but won't be able to do since the watcher wasn't registered initially when it was opened and inactive.

It also doesn't update the grid activeness.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
