Tekton pipeline links are not working correctly

Describe the bug: (a clear and concise description of what the bug is)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a build with tag version v0.0_1
- Wait for the build to finish
- Click on the pipeline run link
- The link is incorrect as the tag version in the url should be v0-0-1
PR is merged: https://github.com/redkubes/otomi-console/pull/396
Tested it and the . and _ now gets correctly replaced in the url with -
