Copy of Form input is unexpectedly cleared out

Describe the bug: (a clear and concise description of what the bug is)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to platform settings
- Click on OIDC
- Observe empty form
- Try to fill in first input form
- Observe it is cleared out on FocusOff
