Add library directory /etc/SCAutolib to restore

Library configuration directory /etc/SCAutolib (or simply configuration files) should be removed in the cleanup phase because it can cause aliases while executing tests several times on the same machine.
Look more like a bug after some hands-on experience
Removing this issue because having this directory after testing is useful for debugging. The user should remove this directory if it is not needed on his own.
