Small issue on my rom

Hello.
I recently found that my gps is always in using when i sure nothing was actually on.It happened several times so i decide to find out the case.
During my experience of TTT, i found that it sometimes let gps persist after it done the work,the chance is very rare though.
The problem does not happen with other apps till now.
I even can't let gps icon away by simple kill every apps that uses gps.Only way is disable location service and reboot.
So actually don't know whether it's TTT's problem or it's just my rom's problem.
Is there any suggestions then?

Also my device's GPS is a bit silly which has long fix time and lost track easily
Closed due to inactivity (historitic issues cleanup).
