Display message/indication that GPS is turned off

It would be nice if you can display some sort message (maybe on the notification or something) or provide some indication to say that the GPS is turned off.
I have had situations where I asked some non technical people to use the app, and they complained it did not work. The issue was they forgot to turn on GPS in the first place! Also since this point (somewhat) came up in #50 and #52, I think its worth a look.
