Tags for 4.0.0 branch

You could make tags for 4.0.0 branch when you start making 4.0.0 specific changes (e.g. my pull request), so that the recalbox nightlies can be build with recalbox-manager for 4.0.0 and users are able to test and give feedback.
Then this would have to be changed also:
