search dedispersed integrations with partial data?

Dedispersion typically reduces the number of integrations that can be searched with nominal sensitivity (i.e., all channels). It may still be scientifically interesting to search sub-optimal integrations. For example, some bursts may have structure only in the top of the band.
However, it may be preferable to have a formalized procedure for defining more matched filters. Subband bursts could be found if they can be parameterized.
