[Feature Request] add filtering for `Development Tool` category

as a React Native Developer, i want to know which lib is currently popular, and directory is the most up-to-date site after https://github.com/jondot/awesome-react-native is not updated anymore.

and i see there's no development tool filtering while searching library, so is it possible to add development tool in filtering?
