update a short description about bts training

should be updated by linking to code for training
@minhtribk12 when you update the BTSPrediction (e.g., new models), client and MLService code,
can you also provide a simple figure in README.md to show the deployment of client, message broker, and MLService?
We also write down the note how one can adapt/change the deployment suitable for their work
