rcssmoniter configuration not configured

rcssmonitor installation instructions do not work because autoconf was not run on the directory. To get to a point where I could run the installation instructions, I did the following:

autoconf

This resulted in an error:
configure.ac:10: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.

I then ran:

autoreconf -I

At that point, I was able to run ./configure as directed in the installation instructions.
