How to make rcssserver deterministic?

Hi @hidehisaakiyama !
I really appreciate your work on this fantastic simulator! I want to remove the randomness of the rcsserver to test some RL algorithms. But I didn't find any documentation about the randomness of rcsserver. I also went over the source code, but couldn't figure it out. Do you know if there is any way to do it?
