Many thanks for writing and sharing this.

In the readme, I'm trying to follow point 12, but it seems to fail...I must not be getting the exact format of the url I should be entering.

Can you see what I'm doing wrong here?

You have to make sure you're using the correct shard. Follow this link : https://community.smartthings.com/t/faq-how-to-find-out-what-shard-cloud-slice-ide-url-your-account-location-is-on/53923 and retry!
