Support for test#strategy?

vim-test's test#strategy option lets you execute the test in different execution environments. AFAIK ultest only supports output via floating window. Is it possible to have the same behavior in ultest?
Executing using different environments is possible since there's already support for external running using nvim-dap. However the nvim-dap implementation is fairly coupled to ultest internals so I'd like to abstract it a fair bit. One thing I can pretty much guarantee though is there would be no way to support vim-test's strategies as a straight swap in as ultest requires more information from them in order to parse results
This would be fairly low priority right now so it'd be a while before I get around to it
