Description:
Add build artifacts to work flow to reduce compute time
To-Do List
Definition of Done
Screenshots (optional)
Turns out there is no way to do this without moving all of the tasks into one yml file
This means we would lose the parallelism of the Actions
Since the public repo is not charged for Action Compute Time, there is no real gain accomplished by this ticket
