Missing documentation on BCM peripherals

I'm trying to build baremetal applications, I need to understand the peripherals in more detail.
The BCM2835/6/7 ARM Peripherals descriptions do not contain any description on the Power management register, not the Random number generator. Where can I find official documentation on these?
