Problem with IDE 1.8.7 from Windows Store

The attiny library does not appear under board manager when using Arduino IDE v 1.8.7 from the Windows store. I'm not sure whether the problem is with the windows store or the IDE version. Either way, the solution that worked for me is to use the executable version of Arduino 1.6.13
