Feature Request: Enable `q` query param

Using this as a search engine replacement in Chrome will be great. Please add the q parameter so we can configure it in Chrome. See https://github.com/ItzCrazyKns/Perplexica?tab=readme-ov-file#using-as-a-search-engine
