subscribers without subscriptions should always be deleted

In my opinion: There should be no option "subscribers without subscription" in the subscribers list.
the newsletter Plugin should only work with groups and make sure that subscribers are consequently deleted if there is no subscription.
check all the related code and fix accordingly
Subscribers that unsubscribe are deleted immediately if they have not other subscriptions.
Subscribers can be added manually to the subscribers admin, but as soon as a subscription is added, a newsletter sent and the unsubscribe action done, the subscriber is deleted again.
