a new subscriber email has to be marked as not confirmed, since anybody can submit any email address.
todo
- we need something like a hash, or boolean to define the unapproved state
- in the confirmation email there should be a link to remove/confirm subscription
also declare this opt-in procedure in the online dialogue
this issue is closed since we introduced the opt_in option
