Subscriber import

We would like to be able to import subscribers

1. Import from excel, csv
   Possibility: import to a automatically created subscriber group [i.e. import_20120119_1019]
2. a. you can rename this group and use it as normal subscriber group
3. b. you can use it as temporary group, send an email, and merge it with other group [i.e. public]
   if the recipients have not unsubscribed they are merged to the target group and will get the next newsletter
4. a merged group is automatically deleted, or optionally ready for other merge
5. What to do with manually added (new subscriber) subscriber > the same like imported

related issue. Is it important to differentiate between subscribers that have submitted their own subscription or others that have been created by "us" (not themselves)
