Support retrieval of AMI ID for Amazon's Windows Core and Windows Base images

Current the "build ami windows" task finds the latest Windows Base AMI released by Amazon; we'd like to support the Windows Core release, too.
For now going to just pass an explicit search string to the existing "windows" method
