change Keyboard Layout

Hi, I have a German keyboard, I managed to change some keys. But at last I can't change
"<" to ";"
">" to ":"
"shift+" to "*" shows a bold +
I think I have to insert some new lines, I tried with
MoreThan 5 5 8
Less Than 6 2 8
Left Angle Brackets
LeftAngleBrackets
Right Angle Brackets
RightAngleBrackets
but no success
