Improve end user message experience

Look into removing unnecessary labels & attributes for end-user messages.
In particular, we want identifiable information like cluster name to be more visible when receiving messages.
We should also make an effort to link back to the relevant backend's dashboard (grafana, opensearch) and also the admin dashboard inside the messages
