Rancher could display the vGpu resources in the dashboard menu

When the user sets up vGPU profiles and imports Harvester into Rancher, when them deploy a Rancher Cluster with vGPU resources, this resources could be displayed in dashboard UI.
The Harvester devices are visible in the Rancher UI by following the steps below:
- Go to Virtualization Manager
- Select a Harvester cluster and click on 'Manage' button
- Click 'Explore button'
- Go to 'More resources -> 'devices.harvester.io' -> 'vGpu Devices'
