[Mod idea] Fix the taskbar icon animation bug

@m417z for the new win11 version, there is a bug when the taskbar icons grouping is set to "always": when open a new software, the icon may jump twice. Is it possible to fix this bug by windhawk mod?

it seems [Taskbar Disappearing Icon Fix for Windows 11] can also fix this bug. But I have not tested it sufficiently yet.
