macOS: windows resize buttons on top of account dropdown menu

On the macOS desktop app, there is a minor layout problem. The default buttons to maximize/minimize (red/orange/green) a window are rendered on top of the account avatar and drop down menu:
The account info should be layed out a bit lower to no longer overlap.
This seems to be fixed. I am running v5.6.19 and the profile dropdown no cleanly laid out below the mac window icons.
