When updating an input/output variable ID, rabix should correspondingly update the same variable in any javascript expressions

This is a feature request. When updating an input or output variable ID in
rabix, it would be useful for the developer to also update any javascript
expressions that use the same variable. Currently the user has to remember to
update these variables themselves.
