Thank you @akhst7 for the valuable suggestion. I am certainly considering it, but I must say I lack the resources to pull it off in the short term, but I am happy to help supervise anyone with the right skills and sufficient commitment to achieve it.

I am curious as to why you are unable to use the python version?

Thanks for considering. Its just that my main analysis platform is R and so do my colleagues. I do run python in R or Jupyter when it is necessary but there are always headaches with file compatibilities and .etc running and exchanging data and results between two platforms.
