It would be great if Discard all newly opened inactive tabs after they get loaded respects the rule Release discarding of the next tab

Now i realise that this behaviour is actually useful because lets say you stay on same page and keep on opening new tab in background, if the feature i requested was in action, it would mean that every new tab that gets created will not be discarded.
