How do I write it if I want to go below zero? I can't figure it out

There is undocumented parameter ipd (interpupillary distance, meters). I found it in sources and it helps people with really big heads like me.

I'm trying to use this with moonlight 3d on Lume pad 2 but I'm getting a good amount of double image going on and at one point I was able to fix most of it by reducing the ipd offset below zero in the steam VR default.vrsettings file but it still left some double image and I'm not able to get that to work again.
