Add windows support

Looks like we can use the UAF amf interface on windows (there is also a mapping to ctap2): https://fidoalliance.org/specs/fido-uaf-v1.2-ps-20201020/fido-uaf-asm-api-v1.2-ps-20201020.html#windows-asm-api
this will stay a linux authenticator for now. Maybe the fido alliance will specify some IPC channels in the future. Until then, I'll just stick to uhid.
