Arrow keys on settings pages

Pressing an arrow key on a settings page, changes to the previous or next word on the main page.
And the input boxes have to be mouse-clicked after each arrow key press, because it loses focus.
This makes it difficult to
- in/decrease the values with the arrow keys.
- and to navigate in the word list.
Expected
Pressing the arrow keys on a settings page should not change between the words on the main page.
And the input boxes shouldn't lose focus when an arrow key is pressed.
