Cannot find file / path

It kept prompting cannot find file C://Users/[Name], however I fixed it once I moved the folder to C:// (it was under C://downloads).
Not sure if this is expected behavior, but if it is, it would be very helpful if it's included in the tutorial install gif.
I don't know what this issue is about.
There's no tutorial install gif.
