dolby_vision: Provide additional subprofile info in RPU

Such as profile 7 FEL or MEL.
Todo:
- FEL and MEL
Maybe also the cross-compatibility ID. Such as profile 8.1 or 8.4
That would probably require getting the VUI (if present) from the HEVC stream. So I'm not sure how it could be done for API users.
There's not much point in having cross compatibility info from external sources.
