i can't use AVX512 when using a AVX512 supported CPU

i use AMD7945H and run on windows. it use AVX2 even if i add
"overwrites": {
"AVX512": true
}
to my appsettings.json

It was closed and seems to suggest that this is intended but I didn't get clarification from the person that closed the issue.

Same as well. I'm on an i9-10920X. Cascade Lake-X. Very much support AVX512.
