QA check to ensure plots are correct re. 'zero dose' portion of population

Need to make sure plots are correctly taking into account the 'zero dose' portion of the population - that is, the portion of the population for a PUC-chemical combination which is not represented in the dose table, but which needs to be taken into account when plotting the data, to get correct population distributions.
Possibility for a solution also includes Kathie incorporating these 'zero dose' people into the dose files prior to pushing dose files to the DB, then plotting could occur with what is in the dose table, rather than 'adding in' more data before plotting. Check also to see if this option makes the plotting occur more quickly.
