change plot style

We received a lot of feedback in the demo for the CSS NPD that the plots are difficult to understand. Suggestions include removing the 'cumulative distribution' feature, and just plotting % population vs. dose.
We can review this together when we look at #142
To do: Reverse x and y axes on plot (so dose should be on the vertical (y) axis, and % population should be on the horizontal (x) axis)
