Load directly to production database, after #146 is complete
no data to load - all doses zero
Dose results not valid; must re-run with updated code and re-loaded into DB
Command to load dose results into DB after chemical_id matching has been done in R. Dose results are from 8/3 S2D version.

dose data deleted from DB due to speed issues; need to reload dose data when DB transition occurs
