Project dependencies currently broken

It looks like some of the packages depended on got bitten by http://blog.npmjs.org/post/141577284765/kik-left-pad-and-npm
Trying to unwind to see what the alternates are and what is affected.
Actually, I think it is actually dependencies in qual-core, but I'll keep this open for now
