Make map work well on mobile

Right now the icons are very hard to tap on mobile. I don't know if this is a Leaflet bug or we just need to make the icons bigger to tap. The map menu to hide layers is also impossible to tap on mobile. Maybe we need buttons at the bottom of the map to toggle map layers.
