Anime charts need controls

Some of those display data from more than two years in a single screen, some just scale to two screens and others set limits, but not show all data.
Adding controls for time will solve that. Other possible controls could be filtering data by type (number of episodes and/or episode time).
Google Charts is a good library, but it's too buggy and seems Google isn't developing it for a long time. Time to replace it with other library. vis.js seems to be a good choice.
