The error is: Request failed with status code 401.

Error code 401 is related to an invalid authentication.
Can you check that you have a valid OpenAI API key in the plugin settings?
Do you also have this error when you use the chat command with gpt-3.5 model?

I don't have Image Generate as show on command pallete like in you picture, just the AI Assistant chat...

The image generator is only available in edit mode, when your cursor focus is in a note.
Can you check that it is the case?
