GUI display issue on ubuntu

What is the bug or the crash?

GUI display abnormal after launch application. Seems likely to be Image display is misaligned.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Launch application, will see like image1
  2. Select setting and enter into option will see like image2 and image3.

graphics: Mesa Intel® Graphics (RPL-P)
os name: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
All setting in QGIS is default setting. I have try to change font, style, theme and iron size, but neither make sense.
