[BUG] Job is not updating when going off duty

Going on duty works and lets people check in at hospital but once they go off duty no one can check in. I have set it so when 2 doctor is on duty you need to check in but once a doctor logs off or goes off duty then you can't check in. Setting it to 0 you can check in at all times but then you can't call a doctor.
This issue has had 60 days of inactivity & will close within 7 days
